Data Deletion Instructions
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Lobuly at any time. This page explains how to do so, and what will be deleted.
Option 1 – Email request (quickest)
Send an email to kontakt@lobuly.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include:
- The email address associated with your Lobuly account
- Your business name
- Which data you want deleted (account data, conversation logs, booking records, or all)
We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
Option 2 – Delete your account from the dashboard
If you have an active account, you can close it from Settings → Account. When you close your account:
- All your account data is immediately deactivated
- Data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Billing records may be retained as required by law
- Any connected WhatsApp/Instagram integrations are disconnected
What gets deleted

| OAuth tokens (Google, Meta) | Deleted immediately |

| Anonymized usage statistics | May be retained (not personally identifying) |
For Meta / Facebook Login users
If you connected Lobuly to your Meta account (Facebook Login, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business), and you want to remove the app’s access to your Meta data:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find “Lobuly” and click Remove
- Then email us at kontakt@lobuly.com so we delete the corresponding data on our servers
Removing the app from Facebook revokes Meta’s permission grants. We will delete any Meta user data we hold within 30 days of receiving your request.
