Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Lobuly at any time. This page explains how to do so, and what will be deleted.

Option 1 – Email request (quickest)

Send an email to kontakt@lobuly.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include:

We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

Option 2 – Delete your account from the dashboard

If you have an active account, you can close it from Settings → Account. When you close your account:

What gets deleted

Data type Retention after request
Account profile (name, email, company) Deleted within 30 days
Conversation / message logs Deleted within 30 days
Booking records and customer details Deleted within 30 days
OAuth tokens (Google, Meta) Deleted immediately
Billing records Retained 7 years (legal requirement)
Anonymized usage statistics May be retained (not personally identifying)

For Meta / Facebook Login users

If you connected Lobuly to your Meta account (Facebook Login, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business), and you want to remove the app’s access to your Meta data:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find “Lobuly” and click Remove
  3. Then email us at kontakt@lobuly.com so we delete the corresponding data on our servers

Removing the app from Facebook revokes Meta’s permission grants. We will delete any Meta user data we hold within 30 days of receiving your request.
